Policies

Quotes are always free.In order to fully reserve a commission slot, there will be a nonrefundable $10 fee. Once this fee has been paid, we will collaborate on color choices and the character’s face design. At this stage, we can do unlimited combinations of eyes, mouths, eyebrows…all the components of a face.This fee is applied to your total. If your total is $65, you will later owe $55.Majority payment will be charged according to the specific plush request. In the case of an existing character, the final payment will be due prior to shipping. In the case of an original character, final payment will be due before I start work on the plush. The reasoning for this is that if a client changes their mind, I'm more likely be able to sell existing characters to other people.Shipping is not included and will be relayed prior to shipping.
Unfortunately, owing to recent policy changes within the EU, I am unable to ship to EU countries. I’m so sorry!

Process

First, please reach out through the contact form or email me directly at [email protected]. I prefer to carry out the majority of communication via my private business server, but am of course open to working with clients entirely through email. Therefore, if you are a Discord user, I will provide you with a link to the server.I create individual channels within the server for each client; your information will not be available to anyone but myself.A quote and projected timeline will be provided as quickly as possible; in general, this will be done within 24 hours, but if I’m abnormally busy or out of town, I will let you know about any possible delays.If you choose to move forward, I will provide a Square link for the $10 fee. We will discuss, together, color choices and the face design, as well as any particular features that seem relevant (ex. facial markings, attachments). I will also add your project to the ‘project queue’ channel of the server.When work begins on the plush, I will let you know. At this time, I will request the remainder of the payment for the plush only if it is an OC. I can also charge shipping at this point if you prefer not to break it into an extra payment.Because I like to be able to course correct should the need arise, I send frequent update photos throughout the sewing process. You’ll be free to ask me questions at any time.If you have ordered an existing character, I will request the remainder of the payment upon us agreeing that the plush is finished. If shipping has not yet been paid, it will be charged at this time. And then your little friend will come to you! Tracking information will be provided :)

Allergies?

Please be aware that my plush are created in a house filled with cats. There are 7 of them. While I strive to make sure there’s no hair on anything before it goes in the mail, if you are severely allergic, consider whether I am the best plush maker for you.
